Physical products

HHH physical products may be stocked by us, made to order, or fulfilled directly by an approved partner brand or supplier. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery are shown at checkout when available.

Made-to-order items

Items identified as made to order are produced after you place the order. Production time comes before carrier transit time, so these products may take longer to arrive than an in-stock item. Separate products in the same order may also arrive in separate packages.

Curated partner products

Some curated partner products are sold through Home, Heart & Harbor and fulfilled directly by the partner brand or supplier. Because products in one order can come from different fulfillment partners, they may arrive in separate packages and on different schedules.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems and fulfillment-partner delays can affect arrival time.

Returns

Return eligibility can vary by product and fulfillment partner. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photos when applicable.

Before returning an item, contact us for instructions. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted by the applicable fulfillment partner.

Digital products

Harbor Ready digital downloads are currently sold and delivered through HHH Digital Publishing on Payhip. No physical item ships. Digital purchases are generally not returnable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or where the file is defective or was not delivered as described.
