Fishing the Grand Strand

One of the things Tina and I love to do—even if we don’t get to do it as much as we’d like. This is where we share it all: conditions, patterns, gear, and everything that comes with fishing the Carolina coast.

Fishing Reports

Daily coastal fishing outlooks for North Myrtle Beach, including conditions, tides, water movement, and overall fishing outlook. Updated daily with current conditions and timing.

Sometimes it’s surf fishing.

Sometimes it’s a pier.

Sometimes it’s back in the waterways and canals.

The setup changes, but the goal stays the same.

Reset. Clear your head. Pay attention to what’s in front of you.

Fishing has a way of slowing things down. You start noticing the tide, the wind, the movement of the water—things you’d normally miss.

This isn’t about chasing a perfect day.

It’s about understanding the one you’ve got.

Some days it lines up. Some days it doesn’t. That’s part of it.

Not everything shows up in a report.
This is where time on the water—what works, what doesn’t, and what we actually use—starts to come together.
